REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES:
We value you as a customer and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at faithstudioconnections@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to ensure a solution is found. All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Lost or damaged items
Please put in a replacement request if your items were lost or damaged in transit. A replacement request must be sent within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item. Once this documentation is received, We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
WRONG ADDRESS:
Please, double check that the shipping and mailing address is correct upon purchase. Faith Studio co is not held responsible for products not received due to incorrect information entered at checkout. We will not replace these items.
